    Taxes are included except for the recently created Tourist Tax, which is €6 per person per night at our 4 star properties and €4 per person per night at our 3 star properties.

  • Do all rooms have air conditioning?

    Yes they do - all rooms and suites across all properties in the Gruppo Trevi Hotels have climate control.

  • Are all rooms en suite?

    Yes the are - all rooms and suites across all properties in the Gruppo Trevi Hotels have private en suite bathrooms with towels and toiletries provided.

  • Do you have satellite TV?

    Yes we do - all rooms and suites across all properties in the Gruppo Trevi Hotels have satellite TV which shows a variety of channels in various languages, such as BBC World, CNN, MTV and QVC.

  • What if I need to cancel?

    Standard cancellation policy is that you give us at least 48 hours notice and you won't be charged.

  • Do you charge on booking?

    Normally we do not charge you on booking, unless you have booked a Non Refundable rate. We encrypt your credit card details in our secure system in case of damage or late cancellation but normally you pay on check out.

  • How does the Best Rate Guarantee work?

    We also sell our rooms through third party sites, but none of them are authorised to charge less than the rates you see here on our official website.

  • Do you offer tours and excursions?

    We have several ties with tour operators in the city and so our experienced concierge staff can organise just about whatever your heart desires.

  • Do you have swimming pools?

    Sadly not. Very few city centre hotels have space for a swimming pool in Rome - and if you're coming in the warmer months, go to the seaside!

  • Do you have a bar or restaurant?

    Check the separate official websites of each of the six hotels in the Gruppo Trevi Hotels Rome to find out exactly what each one has to offer.

  • Is it easy to get from one Trevi Hotel to another?

    Five of the six hotels in the group are within very easy walking distance from each other, should your party be spread out. The exception is the Rome Garden, which is about 20 minutes on foot from the others.

  • Do you speak other languages?

    All of our staff speak Italian and English and some speak other languages too. Send us an email to ask if we speak your language at your chosen hotel in the Trevi Group.

  • Is it easy to get around Rome?

    We'd highly recommend exploring the historical centre on foot and you can reach all of the main sights from our hotels. The metro is fast and cheap but doesn't cover much of the city.

  • Can you organise a private car and driver for the duration of our stay?

    Of course - just leave us a note when booking and we'll get back to you with options.

  • Are the Gruppo Trevi Hotels pet friendly?

  • Does it cost less for infants?

    Our rates are per room per night, not per person. Very young children can sleep in a double room with the parents if necessary - please let us know when booking if you need a child's bed.

  • Do you have a garden?

    The Rome Garden Hotel has a tranquil inner courtyard garden, making it particularly ideal for families or more mature guests who wish to relax peacefully in the sunshine after sightseeing.
